We're sad to see you go. If you're experiencing any issues or have feedback, please let us know, as we're always striving to improve. However, if you've made up your mind, here's how you can delete your WS Puzzle Arena account:
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Login to Your Account
Open the WS Puzzle Arena app and ensure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
2. Navigate to Settings
Once logged in, click on your profile icon or name, usually located at the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select "Settings" or "Account Settings."
3. Find the 'Delete Account' Option
Scroll down to the section labeled "Account Management" or similar.
You should find an option titled "Delete Account" or "Deactivate Account."
4. Confirm Your Decision
Before proceeding, you may be asked to provide a reason for leaving. This feedback helps us improve our services.
You will likely need to enter your password to confirm your identity and ensure account security.
5. Finalize Account Deletion
Click on the "Confirm" or "Delete My Account" button.
Please note that once you delete your account, all your data, including coins and avatars, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Deleting your account does not cancel WordSlide Plus; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your WS Puzzle Arena account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
Your coin balance, coin history and any avatars you unlocked
Game history and scores
Any in-app preferences and settings
Leaderboard entries associated with your account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is typically deleted within 30 days of your request.
